Shipping Information

Orders Within Pakistan

All outfits are made to order and require 20–25 business days for preparation. Once your dress is completed, it will be carefully packaged and delivered directly to your provided address anywhere within Pakistan.

International Orders

For customers outside Pakistan, all orders are prepared within 20 business days and shipped through reliable international courier services. After dispatch, international delivery usually takes 5–6 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once we receive the returned item and complete the necessary review, we will process your return or exchange request within 7 business days.
